It is a quiet hotel with airy rooms & excellent staff. A cable TV with on-demand films, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities were appreciated. It is close to the beach. Also, Sussex Recreation Ground was max 15 minutes walk to.

its a lovely place, very clean. just a walk down to valerie's italian, where you can have lunch. honestly nothing too much trouble.
